Do you have plans this weekend? Take a raincoat!

Heavy rain and showers will cross parts of the UK. It will rain on each day of the weekend.

But it will not rain all the time. Most places will also see drier, sunnier moments.

North and west Scotland may get very little rain at all.

On Saturday, strong winds will blow in southern England and Wales. Gusts could reach 40 to 50mph.

Temperatures will be about 15 to 22 Celsius.

Weather expert Matt Taylor says showers are tricky to forecast.
